Competitive Strategy in Employees with Self-Oriented and Socially-Oriented Perfectionism

The present research featured competitive strategy aimed at achieving different goals in professional activity of employees with intensity perfectionism. It resulted a definition perfectionism based on the role personality orientation competitiveness, subject content orientation, and available publications perfectionism, its types, their relationship. type depends personal characteristics that manifest themselves environment.
